Terms of service

This template sets out the intended terms between [Legal entity name] (“Tunni”) and the organisation using the service (“you”). It is incomplete and not in force.

1. The service

Tunni is software for creating fictional AI creators and brand content, planning, producing, reviewing and publishing that content. Tunni is not an agency or a marketplace for human influencers.

2. Accounts and seats

3. Plans, units and billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance in Indian rupees. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
• Production units included in a plan expire at the end of each billing period.
• Top-up units expire after the validity period shown at purchase.
• There is no automatic overage. Units have no cash value and are not transferable.

4. Acceptable use

6. Quality and limitations

Tunni runs quality checks and offers scene-level repairs, but generative outputs can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing it. Tunni does not guarantee reach, engagement or sales.

7. Third-party platforms

Publishing to social platforms depends on those platforms’ APIs, approvals and your account permissions, which Tunni does not control.
